Receiver (the part that plugs in)

In Spring of 2024, we have a new version of the Receiver that has been released.

New Receiver, Version 2 (with button), April 2024+

New Receiver, Version2, April 2024+

Green Power Light

The green power light should stay on steady when your device is receiving power.

The Blue Status Light

The blue status light has several different light configurations.
1. 1 blink per minute; this means your device is connected to wifi
2. 3 blinks in a row; this means your device is not connected to your wifi. To connect to your wifi, follow these procedures: https://support.paremtech.com/portal/en/kb/articles/wifi-connection-procedure

The Button

1. Press the button once to Reboot the device.
2. Hold the button for 6 seconds to disconnect the device from your WiFi. (Once successful, the blue light will flash 3 times in a row indicating it is disconnected).
You'll want to use this disconnection feature if you've changed internet providers, routers, or your WiFi.

Old Receiver, Version 1 (no button), Prior to April 2024

The green power light should stay on steady when your device is receiving power.

The Blue Status Light

The blue status light has several different light configurations.

Transmitter (the part that takes batteries, installed at your tank)

This light is never on unless the transmitter button is pressed.
1. When pressed, the transmitter flashes once plus blinks slowly 3 times; this means your transmitter just reported in. Refresh your browser and you will see the most up to date water level.
2. When pressed, the transmitter flashes once plus blinks 8 times fast; this means your transmitter just linked to a Receiver OR just had the zero pressure reset (depending on which mode you were in). After it's flashed 8 times, press the transmitter button again and you should get option one above with 3 slower blinks indicating the transmitter has reported in.
3. When pressed, the transmitter flashes once and then has 2 quick flashes; this means your transmitter is not reporting into anything. You may need to link your transmitter to your Receiver, your Receiver may be too far away, or has too many obstacles in between.

Error Codes

Picture 1: Transmitter Not Reporting

Transmitter Not Reporting

In this case, your Transmitter is not able to communicate with your Receiver. This could be because:
- they are too far apart from each other (or something else has happened that affects range)
- your internet was out for more than 48 hours and your transmitter went into deep sleep (you may simply need to press the transmitter button or you may need to re-link your transmitter to your receiver)
- your batteries might be dead (or not seated properly in the enclosure)

To fix your "Transmitter Not Reporting", you may simply need to press the transmitter button (if it flashes once and then blinks 3 times slower, you should be all set!), or you may need to re-link your Transmitter and Receiver. Don't forgot to make sure the batteries are seated properly in the transmitter if you don't see any lights.

Picture 2: Not Connected

In this case, your Receiver is not able to communicate with your WiFi network. This could be because:
- you changed your WiFi password
- you changed your internet provider or router
- your Receiver is unplugged

To fix your "Not Connected" Receiver, you may simply need to unplug your Receiver and plug it back in (if you haven't changed anything with your WiFi). If you got a new router, internet provider, or changed your WiFi password, you will need to go through the WiFi Connect Procedure. If your Receiver is not connected, it will be blinking 3 times blue. If it is connected, it will flash blue about once per minute. After April 2024, your Receiver may have a button on the front that you can hold for 6 seconds to disconnect from any old networks prior to connecting to a new WiFi network.
