Information For Water Delivery Companies

Information For Water Delivery Companies

We love Water Delivery Companies!  In fact, we love them so much we’ve set up some awesome PTLevel water monitoring features just for them.

If you or someone you know is a water delivery company, make sure to share this information with them!

A quick story first… One of the founding ideas behind the PTLevel was because we dabbled in water delivery for a short period of time.  We saw the issues. We saw the wastes and inefficiencies and we knew there was a better way. We wanted to better plan deliveries and loads to save ourselves time as well as spread our peak time workloads over several days without sacrificing the water needs of our customers. And so the idea of the PTLevel was born!

How Much Does it Cost to Monitor My Customers' Water?

We know that profit margins are always a concern and we have great news for you… It's free!  As a Water Delivery Company, you can sign up and monitor your customer’s water level at no charge. Obviously your customer must purchase a PTLevel and install it first, but there are no monthly fees to them or you (unless they upgrade to a premium account).  You can simply see all of your customers’ water levels in almost real time (click here to understand reporting times).

In fact, if you want to become a PTLevel Re-Seller, you can even make referral fees or get wholesale pricing. We would love to speak with you more about this, contact us here by creating a ticket.

Benefits of the PTLevel Delivery Account Monitoring System

And the next question is always, how will this benefit me?  Imagine it’s a dry spring and pool-filling season at the same time.  Imagine calls coming in so fast that you can’t keep up.  Now imagine if you had access in the previous days and weeks to see your customers’ levels and could foresee who would need water and when.  Maybe you could even utilize this information to split loads between 2 customers who live close together. Or maybe you want to schedule your delivery employees and could foresee a busy week or slow week. So many possibilities with just knowing how much water was in those tanks!

What does a Delivery Account actually look like?

Once you create your account and then login, click on “Customer Levels” and then all of your customers will show up in a chart like the one below.  It’s as easy as that!  You can still view each customer account individually by simply clicking on it.

And we’ve saved the best news for last.  Customers can not only “share” their account with you, but they can set up alerts to go to you directly. Without them having to do anything but an initial set up for an alert, you will be notified every time they want to order water.

If you would like to get started, you can simply sign up! If you have any questions, you can reach out to us at https://support.paremtech.com/portal/en/kb/paremtech and add a ticket.  Someone from our sales and support team will be happy to get back to you.
