How Long Does The Battery Last on the PTLevel Water Level Monitor

How Long Does The Battery Last?

The Wireless PTLevel uses 4AA batteries and is designed to make them last as long as possible. Theoretically, using the default power schedule which is adjustable online, you should be able to get at least 2 years out of those batteries. Of course, the outdoor temperature changes, reporting settings, and other environmental factors can affect that duration.

As for the power schedule, it is completely adjustable for how often the device updates the levels online depending on your needs. You can see more information on that here: How Often Does the PTLevel Wireless Report Online?
