In June of 2023 we implemented new data graphs with some amazing new features!
To access all graphs (and power settings, alert options, etc), log into your
ptdevices.com account and click the 3 dots to the right of your tank name:
Level Graphs
The first graph is where you will find your level information (see picture below). The percentage options are listed along the left, the date/time is listed along the bottom, and your actual level is indicated as the blue line within the graph. You can manipulate the dates/times of the graph by clicking and dragging the bar at the bottom of the graph (this will also adjust the battery graph) You can shorten or lengthen the dates, and you can drag the selected date range around. You can click on a specific point on the graph to see additional information at the point selected.
Battery Graphs
Below the Level Graph, you will find your battery graph. The voltage is listed along the left, your date/time is listed along the bottom, and your actual voltage is indicated as the purple line within the graph. The red line along the 4V point is shown as a precautionary line to remind you to replace your batteries when the level drops below 4V. The ideal battery voltage of your PTLevel is 6V. Just like the level graph, you can manipulate the date range by clicking and dragging the bar between the 2 graphs.
Temperature Graphs (only available in some models)
On some PTLevel models, a Temperature Probe is available and a third and separate graph is available for it. The temperature probe degree range is listed along the left, the date range along the bottom, and the actual temperature of the probe is indicated along the green line within the graph. You can manipulate the dates/times of the graph by clicking and dragging the bar at the top of the graph (this will also adjust the battery and level graph) You can shorten or lengthen the dates, and you can drag the selected date range around. You can click on a specific point on the graph to see additional information at the point selected.
Downloading History (only available for Premium Accounts)
Below all of your graphs, and if you are subscribed to the
Premium Account, you are able to download your device history in 2 formats; average minute history and average hour history. Also included below is a section/sample of a level and temperature probe history. If your device does not have a temperature probe, that column will be blank.
