Billing Inquiries and Invoices
If you order through the website, you will receive a copy of your invoice directly through the ordering system (as well as shipping updates). If you need a new copy of your invoice, our team would be happy to assist you! Please put in a support ticket and ask for a copy (please provide the approximate date of purchase and the name/email address associated with the order).
If you are in Canada, you will be charged the retail sales tax associated with your province. If you are in the USA or are international, you may need to pay duty/taxes when the PTLevel arrives. However, as of November 2023, the PTLevel is considered a non-duty item to the USA. We do not guarantee you will not have to pay duty/taxes as tax regulations are often changing between Canada and the USA.
All invoices are required to be paid before we ship your order. Payment for invoices under $1000 can be made by credit card or Paypal. Invoices over $1000 in Canada can be paid by EFT, and in the USA can be paid by wire transfer.
If you are in Canada, you will be charged in CAD. If you are in the USA or are international, you will be charged in USD.
